Important: Please read these rules before entering this contest (the "Contest"). By participating in this Contest, either by entering or accepting a prize, you agree to be bound by these Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below

OFFICIAL RULES
These are the Official Rules for Minuteman Press International, Inc. Instagram Promotion (“Promotion”). The Promotion is administered and sponsored by Minuteman Press International, Inc. (“MPI”) and is not endorsed, sponsored, associated, or administered by Instagram.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE ODDS OF WINNING.  

ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to, except where prohibited, to all U.S. residents 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, whichever is greater.  Employees, franchisees, affiliates of MPI, or any family members, are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. 

HOW TO ENTER 
To enter, follow steps 1, 2, and 3 or alternative method of entry (listed below): 
Via Instagram: 
1.On Instagram, post an image of a product you obtained from a Minuteman Press or International Minute Press center
2.In your post, use the hashtag #minutemanpress and #mp0322
3.In the comments, identify the Minuteman Press or International Minute Press center where you obtained the posted product.  As an alternative, you can tag the Minuteman Press or International Minute Press center’s Instagram account

 
Via Alternative Method of Entry: 
1.Mail a 3” x 5” postcard to the following address:

2.On the postcard include your full name, mailing address, and email address.
All entries in the Prize drawing have an equal chance of winning. One (1) winner will be selected.  The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, which include:
•March 1, 2022 at 12:00 a.m. EST and will end on March 31, 2022 at 11:59 p.m 

Limit (1) entry in the Prize drawing, per person on each social media account during each Promotion Period.  Multiple entries on one account will not be accepted.
MPI will not be responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, stolen, or mutilated entries; technical or mechanical malfunctions; errors in these Rule, in any related ads or materials; or processing error. MPI will not share any personal information with third-party vendors and can void the entry of any entrant who it believes has attempted to tamper with or impair Promotion administration, security, fairness, or proper play. 

DRAWING 
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing following the Promotion Period on  period, April 11, 2022.
The winner will be notified privately via direct message or email within 24 hours of the drawing and winner will be required to provide their email address and address of residence. Once the winner has been notified, MPI will announce the winner publicly by tagging them in the comments of the giveaway posts. If a winner is not eligible to win, or if the prize is not claimed within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

PRIZE
U.S. $1,000.00.  A check will be mailed to the winner.

Prize winners are responsible for any expenses incurred in connection with the prizes. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except that the MPI reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize details not set forth herein are the sole discretion of the MPI.

RELEASE
By receipt of any prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless MPI, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, assigns and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. 

GENERAL RULES
Promotions are governed by and subject to the laws of the United States and the state of New York.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. By participating in this Promotion and/or accepting any prize, entrants grant MPI permission to use their name, likenesses, and image in connection with the Promotion for purposes of advertising, publicity, and promotion purposes, including, but not limited to, tagging the entrant on Instagram or other social media platforms, without further compensation to the entrant, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding on all matters relating to Promotions. MPI is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of Promotions or the announcement of the prizes, or for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegal entries. MPI reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or (b) violating these Rules. 

DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW
Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in the Promotion, entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any prize awarded, or the determination of winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions rights and obligations of the entrant in connection with Promotions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof.
